The club opened in 1974 and welcomes bowlers from all ages. We have a  wide variety of members aged from 7 years up to 90 years,  whoever you are you can give it a go. For under 25s that want to learn how to bowl you can come along to training every saturday morning from  10.00am - 12:00pm, if you've never played before there are coaches that can teach you the basic steps of how to play bowls. Bowlers with disabilites are welcome as we have a wheelchair that can be used on the green. There are a number of leagues that run through-out  the week from Monday - Friday including leagues in the morning, afternoon and evening. There are many competitions that you can enter ranging from competitions for under 25s and over 60s, there's also competitions where you can play as an individual or in a team. Most months we have friendly matches against other bowls club and bowls drives or gala's.

We have a fully licensed bar open all day and hot refreshments and snacks are also available to purchase.

MEMBERSHIP
Once you have fully paid your membership fee you are eligible to enter any club, county or national competitions if you wish and you are also able to play in the leagues which run through the week. Rink fee's for members are £3.00. Non-members are very welcome to come and bowl and the fee is £4.50.

18 & Unders - £12:00
Lockers are also available to members at an initial cost of £5.00 and thereafter each year £1.50.
